OILERS TO FACE THUNDER IN PRESEASON GAME IN WICHITA

Tulsa will travel to play longtime rivals in exhibition game Saturday, October 7 at 7pm at the Wichita Ice Center.

TULSA, OK – The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s St. Louis Blues, will face-off against the Wichita Thunder in a preseason game scheduled for Saturday, October 7 at 7pm at the Wichita Ice Center in Kansas.

Tickets for the preseason game are $10 apiece and can be purchased through the Thunder Front Office only, by calling 316-264-GOAL (4625) or visiting www.wichitathunder.com.

The longtime rivals will square off eight times during the regular season, with the Stonewolf Casino Cup being presented to the team with the best head-to-head record. The Oilers have won the Stonewolf Casino Cup each of the past four seasons, and held a 10-3-1 record against the Thunder in 2016-17.
