Oiers Drop Wild One 9-5

The final preseason game for the Tulsa Oilers featured alot of everything, in a 9-5 loss to the Oklahoma City Blazers.

The Oilers were four-for-13 on the power play while Oklahoma City was 5-for 17. In all, there were 42 penalties for 115 minute between the two teams.

The Oilers had two goals from Kai Magnussen, and single tallies from Brendon Hodge, Avery Wilson and Jeff Christian. Oklahoma City got two goals apiece form Mark Black and Cam Duoll. Jaye Judd, Ted Vandemeer, Marty Standish, D.J. Jelitto, and Bobby Reed also scored for Oklahoma City.

The Oilers end the preseason at 1-2-0 and open regualr season play at Oklahoma City Friday October 17 at 7:10 p.m. at the Ford Center.
