A four year player in the Central Hockey League has signed with the Tulsa Oilers.

Bell, 5-foot-11, 185 pounds had a career high 45 points last season on 11 goals and 34 assists in 60 games. Bell is expected to be on hand at the American Airlines alumni game on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Oilers Ice Center, located at 64th and Mingo.
