Saying the Tulsa Oilers are taking a significant step forward, head coach and director of hockey operations Bruce Ramsay will announce a significant development for the team on September 2nd.
Ramsay will make the announcement at the Twisted Tilt sports restaurant, located on the Jenks Riverwalk, Thursday at 2:30 p.m. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
“This is going to be exciting news for our fans and organization,” Ramsay said. “Anyone who can make it there is going to be happy.”
General manager Taylor Hall and team owner Jeff Lund are also expected to be on hand with Ramsay to make the announcement.
The Oilers had the second highest point total increase in the CHL last season under head coach Bruce Ramsay, who was in his first season with the Oilers. They will have 33 home games at the BOK Center in the 2010-11 season, starting on Friday October 15th against the Wichita Thunder
Season tickets for 2010-11 with plans for as low as $26 a month are now available by calling the Oilers office at 918-632-PUCK (7825).
