Game Time
After two days of banging into each other, the Tulsa Oilers will get their first look at Central Hockey League competition in a preseason game at Wichita Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
“It’s time to really see what some of these guys can do,” Oilers coach Dan Hodge said. “Everyone’s been competitive in camp, it’s always different against another team.”
On Thursday October 9th, the Oilers will host an exhibition game against Oklahoma City at the Oilers Ice Center. Cost for season ticket holders who purchase tickets in advance is $10. Non season ticket holder tickets are $15. Tickets for everyone at the door the night of the game, will be $15. That will be one of three preseason games for the Oilers. They will play at Wichita on Wednesday October 8th at 7 p.m. and play at Oklahoma City on Saturday October 11th at 7 p.m.
The Oilers will play their first home game in the BOK Center presented by U. S. Cellular, on Saturday October 25th, against the arch rival Oklahoma City Blazers. Season tickets for the Oilers 2008-09 season in the new BOK Center are available by calling the Oilers at (918) 632-PUCK (7825).
