In a rematch of the brain trust for the Tulsa Oilers American Airlines Alumni Game, two area television sports directors will again coach in the game, slated for Saturday August 28th at 7 p.m. at the Oilers Ice Center (64th and Mingo).
Chris Lincoln of KTUL-TV channel 8 will again square off against Al Jerkens of KJRH-TV channel 2. Lincoln’s team won last year’s game, a fact that hasn’t been forgotten by either long time sports anchor.
Tickets for the alumni game will be $10 for all general admission seats. Oiler season ticket holders will be admitted early to the Oilers Ice Center, for preferred choice of seats.
The Oilers had the second highest point total increase in the CHL last season under head coach Bruce Ramsay, who was in his first season with the Oilers. They will have 33 home games at the BOK Center in the 2010-11 season, starting on Friday October 15th against the Wichita Thunder
Season tickets for 2010-11 with plans for as low as $26 a month are now available by calling the Oilers office at 918-632-PUCK (7825).
