The Tulsa Oilers consider community involvement to be extremely important. If you company is holding a silent auction or raffle for a local charity, we are more than happy to help if possible. The Oilers donated over $100,000 in tickets and merchandise to help local charities during our 2007-2008 hockey season.

For all ticket or merchandise donation requests, please submit a written request to the attention of Mallory Selway with the following information:

The name of the school, company or organization requesting this donation.
How you will be using the donation and who will be benefiting from this donation.

The Oilers receive hundreds of donation requests each week so please allow us at least 1 month to respond to your request.

The Tulsa Oilers players would like to contribute as much to the community as they can. The Oilers players are available to visit schools, day cares, grand openings, company events and more.

If you would like to request a player appearance, please submit a written request to the attention of Steve McCall with the following information:

The name of the school, company or organization.
The date, time and location of the appearance.
Who will be attending the appearance.

Please remember that the Oilers players will not be able to attend appearances on game days or while the team is traveling to away games. The Oilers receive many player appearance requests each week so please allow at least 1 month’s notice to book your appearance.
