The Tulsa Oilers made their last visit to the Kansas Coliseum a memorable one with a 4-1 win over the Wichita Thunder Friday night.The Oilers next game in Wichita on January 23rd will be played at the INTRUST Bank Arena.
 
Thomas Harrison scored his first goal as an Oiler to open the scoring. Derek Eastman, Jeff Gumaer, and Troy Riddle also scored for the Oilers, with Riddle sealing the win into an empty net with 31 seconds to go. 
 
Steve Makway scored the lone Wichita goal, in the second period, which cut the Oiler lead to 3-1. Tulsa is off until next Friday when the Oilers will visit the Texas Brahmas.
 
Prior to the game the Oilers learned the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League have signed center Rob Hisey to a contract, keeping him with Springfield the rest of the seson.
 
Hisey led the CHL with 19 goals at the time of his call up on November 28th. In six games with Springfiled he has five goals and two assists.
